What a fabulous clinic. I found from the 1st enquiry to having my treatment done they were friendly, informative and made me feel comfortable. A quote was given prior to treatment, Emily explained everything whilst completing my treatment and ensured I was feeling comfortable. All the care I have received from Aurum Dental has been amazing. Dr. Lucy Chen and Amelia White have been so kind, professional, and supportive throughout my treatment. The deep gum cleaning they provided has really helped improve the health of my gums, and I have already noticed my gums starting to heal. Not a big fan of the Dentist at all, but i must say that my experience today was exceptional.
Everything concerning the procedure was explained including the possible risks. Dr Chen was absolutely amazing, an absolute pain free extraction, which was not expected at all
Dr Chen very reassuring all the way through and made sure you knew what was going on and that you understood.
Cant thanks Dr Chen enough for the experience today, if i could have given more stars i would.
Need a good Dentist in the Bendigo area look no further. Thanks Aurum and Dr Chen absolutely

It was some 25 years+ since I had gathered up the courage to seek assistance from a dentist and I am so glad of my visit here and following treatments. Thank you all!!

As someone with severe anxiety and a genuine phobia of dentists, needing an emergency appointment was incredibly stressful. I walked into Aurum Dental absolutely terrified, expecting the worst.

From the moment I arrived Georgia greeted me at the reception and later helping, Dr Lucy they both were nothing short of amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, supported, and in control throughout my entire tooth extraction. Their kindness, patience, and constant communication helped ease my fears almost immediately.

The little things made such a difference having a TV on the ceiling to watch during the procedure, headphones available, stress balls to hold, and frequent check-ins to make sure I was okay. Dr Lucy could clearly see how anxious I was and took the time to explain everything, reassure me, and make me feel safe every step of the way.

What could have been a traumatic experience turned into one where I felt genuinely cared for. I honestly cannot recommend Dr Lucy, Georgia, and the team at Aurum Dental highly enough. If you're someone who struggles with dental anxiety, this is the place to go. Thank you for turning one of my biggest fears into such a positive experience.

I had a unplanned visit today to have a infected tooth removed
The care I received from Dr Lucy was brilliant.
Everything was explained before each step was done. Each time stopping to ask me if I’m ok. Thanks for a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be visiting again if required.

Aurum are fantastic, with a genuine client focus. Reception staff and assistants are knowledgeable and lovely to deal with and don't think you'd find a better dentist than Kelsea Boots. My root canal procedure has been painless and smooth. Kelsea's expertise is exceptional and she kept me informed right through. Modern and up-to-date rooms - even a gold dentist chair! If you're looking for a great dentist, go to Aurum.

As an extremely anxious person I was terrified to go to the dentist. Everyone at Arum dental were very welcoming and friendly I got my check up and clean and have booked in for a filing. As a person who is actually scared of the dentist and has a strong phobia against needles. The staff made me feel at ease and comfortable. Explained everything to me calmly and clearly. Amazing customer service. The after care follow up phone call to see how I was feeling after my treatment was to me going above and beyond. Because of this dental practice I now feel happy about a dentist visit. I'll continue to use this business from now on.

I had such a great experience at Aurum Dental in Bendigo. The clinic itself is beautiful, really clean, modern and calming which made a huge difference in helping me feel relaxed right away.

The team is passionate about what they do, everything felt welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in.

Seen Dr Lucy for an emergency wisdom tooth removal. She was so calm, and patient with me as I have a lot of dental trauma from an accident when I was younger.

I went to see Dr Kelsea while in Bendigo with a sore tooth. She was so accommodating and helpful. She was extremely thorough and checked all my teeth while I was there. Fixed the problem without any fuss. She was very professional along with all her staff. For a new business, you couldn’t wish for a more relaxed and informative practice.

I visited Aurum Dental today.
It was everything I hoped for and more. Lovely new clinic, making you feel good as soon as you enter. Everyone, the receptionist, the dental nurse and the Doctor were so lovely, understanding & caring. Everything was explained clearly & options given.

Aurum Dental provides fantastic dental treatments. The dentists are gentle, caring and reasonably priced. The experience is very comfortable with very comfortable dental chairs, headphones for the tv, which is a nice relaxing whilst they work on your teeth. A text the next day, checking everything is ok, is a reassuring feeling.

My Daughter recommended me to Aurum Dental. I have always been scared of going to a Dentist but I thought I would give Aurum ago as I was desperate to have work done. When I was diagnosed with Scleroderma in 2024 I was told my teeth and mouth would change and I need to look after them. Kelsea and Tracey are the best and made my time at Aurum very calming and stress free. Give Aurum ago u won’t regret it. Cheers Lorraine Allen

Kelsie and the team are truly amazing. I had some previous dental trauma and was extremely anxious. I was supported and made feel comfortable throughout my entire procedure. The after care was also comprehensive for piece of mind.
Everything was explained regarding treatment options and minor issues that could be rectified with home care approaches were noticed before they became larger issues that would require more extensive treatment.
So very happy with mine and my children's experience.

I had to book an emergency appointment for my 10 year old after breaking a tooth. They were all friendly and welcoming made my daughter free safe and welcomed. She had to get 3 teeth out the broken one and 2 other baby teeth that needed some help and they made it the most relaxing experience and explained everything well and didn't push to do work that didn't need to be done like most dentist the pricing was great and we will be back with the rest of out family and have recommended to all friends with children. Keep up the great work!
